The new Augusta, conceived by the creators of the original Millemetri watch, Federico Massacesi and Antonio Ambuchi, gives a more immediate reading of the time , of course, in aluminum bronze (a technological innovation still due to florentine tradition) as main material for the case. The strap is made in natural tanned leather which withstands seventy-two hours of continuous immersion in salt water, thanks to the use of a proprietary nanotechnological process.
Augusta is manufactured in three limited series, each with a dedicated dial (Black, Blue, Grey), numbered from 0 to 99 pieces,
The Millimetri case is built-in three pieces, made from a solid bar through CNC technology and finished by hand.The Millimetri houses a Swiss Made automatic movement, based on Landeron 24 or Sellita Sw200-1. The water tightness, which is tested at 150 ATM, is guaranteed by the screw-locked crown, bezel and backcover, as well as the helium valve that allows professional use. The diameter is 42.80 mm, the thickness is 15.20 mm, with a strap of 24.00 mm width at lugs.
